File Upload Question Type

Ask a respondent to upload any type of file. Files must be 25MB or less. You can specify what types of files can be uploaded in addition to what size can be uploaded. This is one of our most popular question types! Use SurveyKing as your own repository for files.

This question type is used when you need to collect additional data from your respondents. (e.g. Please attach your resume). This is also commonly used for lead capture forms. You could ask a respondent to upload business plans or marketing plans to go over during a consultation.

Question Settings

For this question you can choose the following:

Require an answer (can not proceed until answered)
Require a file size - From 1MB up to 25MB
Require specific file type - From XLS , PDF, DOC, PPT, JPG

Results will include file upload time and size in addition to links where you can download each file individually, or as a single zip file.
