Star Rating Question Type

You can choose stars or thumbs rating scale. The scale range is from 2- 10.

When to Use It

When you want to rate or see how well an idea or concept might be or has been received by your audience. (e.g. How would you rate our customer service?)

Options and Settings

For this question you can choose the following:

• Require an answer (can not proceed until answered)
• Add other option with comment box (comment must be entered)
• Randomize answer choices
• Allow more than one answer choice (uses checkboxes)

Results

Results will include the response counts per star/thumb count with a resulting bar chart. An average star/thumb rating will be computed for you.

Individual results (displayed as a spreadsheet) will display the question as a column header and the respondent's answer below that.
